A metal slab fell at a construction site in Gandhinagar on Wednesday night.

The site was called Bosky The Empire and was in the Kudasan area.

Fifteen workers were rescued after the collapse.

Twelve went to a hospital, and three were allowed to leave.

Most injuries were minor.

One worker had a spinal injury and another had a fracture.

Officials said all 12 hospitalised workers were safe and none was in critical condition.

Rescue teams used large cranes and cutters to check the rubble.

Early reports feared more workers might be trapped, but later officials said nobody was suspected to remain underneath.
