Andhra Pradesh Appoints New Executive Council
The government of Andhra Pradesh has selected eight doctors and medical experts to be part of the Executive Council for a health university.
These individuals come from different medical colleges and institutions.
In addition to the eight appointed members, there are also five ex-officio members from various government departments related to health and finance.
The Chief Minister approved the appointments.
The Andhra Pradesh government appointed eight medical professionals to the Executive Council of Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences.
Dr. G. Subba Rao, former principal of Guntur Medical College, is among the appointees.
Other appointees include Dr. M. Vishnu Mahesh Babu and Dr. K. Madhavi.
Dr. M. Jai Chandra Naidu and Dr. Chaprara Sudhakar are also on the council.
Five ex-officio members, including the special chief secretary (Medical and Health), were also nominated.
