Lilavati Hospital to launch super-speciality OPD facility in Kazakhstan

A big hospital in India is opening a new medical centre in a country called Kazakhstan.

The hospital is called Lilavati Hospital and it is based in Mumbai.

The new centre will start working in early September 2026.

It will be the first Lilavati hospital facility outside India to actually open.

Patients in Central Asia will be able to get specialist consultations and second opinions closer to home.

The centre will help with many health problems, like cancer, heart issues, kidney problems and more.

If patients need very complex treatment or surgery, they can be connected with the main hospital in Mumbai.

The hospital has about 375 doctors who are experts in more than 40 medical areas.

The hospital leaders say this is the first step to expanding across Central Asia.

They also say the new centre will help create local jobs while keeping the hospital's high standards.
