Maharashtra Approves Four Additional Collector Offices To Decentralise Revenue Services

Maharashtra Approves Four Additional Collector Offices To Decentralise Revenue Services

Maharashtra is opening four new government offices in different areas.

These offices will help people get revenue services closer to home.

The locations are Baramati, Pandharpur, Dapoli and Nagpur Rural.

Many rural residents currently travel far to reach district headquarters.

The government says the new offices will save people time and money.

They should also reduce pressure on the main district offices.

The offices will help with land issues, revenue laws and rehabilitation matters.

The decision was approved by Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule following instructions from Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
