India Wins Tiebreaker Against Tonga

In the Commonwealth Games 2026, India's Rupa Rani Tirkey and Pinki Singh played against Tonga's Paris Baker and Milika Nathan in the women's lawn bowls.

India won the first set 5-2 but lost the second set 4-6.

They had to play a tie-breaker, which they won 2-0.

Both teams played well, with Tonga making a strong comeback.

India has now won three matches in a row in their section.

Rupa and Pinki had previously won gold in the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games in the Women’s Fours event.
