Russia Slow to Free Indian Nationals in Ukraine War
Some Indian citizens are fighting in the war in Ukraine on the side of Russia.
The Indian government is trying to get them back home, but it's slow and difficult.
Russia doesn't seem to have a good record of who's fighting for them, which makes it harder to find and release the Indians.
Also, some Indians may be hiding their identities.
The Indian government has warned people not to join the Russian army and is still trying to help those stuck in the war.
Indian nationals are reportedly fighting in the Ukraine war within Russian forces.
At least 16 Indians are missing, and 12 have died.
The Indian government is facing difficulties in getting these individuals released.
Some Indians are allegedly camouflaging their identities, making repatriation harder.
