Kerala Collectorates Face Bomb Threats via Email
Someone sent emails to government offices in Kerala, saying there were bombs.
The emails described the bombs as shaped like e-cigarettes and said they would explode at 1:30 PM.
The police searched the buildings with bomb squads and dogs.
They think the threats are fake, but they are still trying to find out who sent the emails and why.
This is not the first time this has happened; similar threats have been made to other places.
Bomb threats were sent via email to collectorates in Kozhikode and Kottayam.
The threats mentioned e-cigarette-shaped bombs set to detonate at 1:30 PM.
Kottayam threat targeted the Women and Child Welfare Department.
Bomb squads and dog squads were deployed to conduct inspections.
Preliminary findings suggest the threats are likely hoaxes.
