Saints welcome ISKCON Vrindavan's dress code banning immodest attire

The ISKCON Temple in a town called Vrindavan made a new rule for visitors.

Everyone who comes to the temple must wear modest clothes that cover their body properly.

Short or immodest outfits are no longer allowed there.

The temple put up notice boards at the gates to tell people about the new dress code.

The boards also explain other rules, including rules about taking photographs.

Many saints and religious leaders said this is a very good decision.

They said people should visit holy places in a respectful and dignified way.

One leader said the same rule should be used in temples all over India.

Vrindavan is a very special place for Hindus because it is linked to Lord Krishna.

The leaders believe the new rule helps keep the temple's holy atmosphere and traditions.
