J&K High Court Dismisses Taxi Union's Plea

The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh recently dismissed a plea from a taxi union.

The union was against a new taxi stand outside the railway station.

The court said the union didn't have the right to challenge this decision because it was about traffic management outside their usual area.

The court also said the decision was made in the public interest and for better traffic control.

The union argued that the new stand caused problems and was unfair, but the court didn't agree.

The court noted that the union already has parking facilities inside the railway station and near Vaishno Dham.

The court concluded that just because the union might lose some business, it doesn't mean they can challenge the decision.
