Millet Mart Opens at GVMC Head Office
A new canteen has opened inside the GVMC head office in Visakhapatnam.
It is called the Millet Mart.
The canteen serves breakfast made with millets and Araku coffee.
It was set up through a GVMC–MEPMA initiative.
K Venkatalakshmi, a member of the Vijayadurga Self-Help Group, will manage it.
MLA Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu opened the canteen.
He encouraged people who visit the office to try it.
GVMC Commissioner Ketan Garg spoke at the event.
Officials, staff and members of women’s self-help groups also attended.
