Man Arrested Over Alleged Diversion of Gujarat ROSCTL E-Scrips
Police in Surat arrested a man named Aamir Patel.

Surat Cyber Crime Branch arrested 34-year-old Aamir Patel in Mumbai over alleged diversion of ROSCTL e-scrips.
Police said a fake company, forged digital signatures and the complainant firm’s IEC details were used.
The complainant received seven e-scrips worth Rs 95.42 lakh, of which four worth Rs 54.25 lakh were allegedly diverted.
Police separately said Patel and associates transferred and used e-scrips worth Rs 39.78 lakh, with Patel allegedly receiving a five per cent commission.
The case involves alleged cheating, forgery, conspiracy and information-technology offences; two other accused had previously been arrested.
