MLA Anirudh Reddy Inspects Sanitation in Secret Dawn Walk
A local leader named Anirudh Reddy went for a walk very early in the morning in his town.
He didn't bring any guards or officials with him.
He wanted to see how clean the streets were and talk to the people who clean them.
He found out that the workers didn't have good brooms and hadn't been paid.
So, he told the officials to give them new brooms and pay them.
He also saw that some empty plots were full of garbage and told the owners to clean them up.
Many people were surprised to see him walking around like this, and they started following him to talk about their problems.
In the end, he had tea with some locals before leaving.
MLA J Anirudh Reddy conducted a secret dawn inspection of sanitation conditions in Jadcherla without any escort.
He interacted with sanitation workers, took a broom to sweep the road himself, and ordered the provision of proper broomsticks and resolution of salary issues.
He observed garbage-filled vacant plots and instructed municipal officials to issue notices to property owners for cleaning.
Dressed simply, his unexpected presence reminded residents of old tales of kings in disguise.
Despite spending nearly three hours inspecting various parts of the town, neither the police nor the municipal commissioner appeared during the visit.
