Delhi High Court Orders Removal of Objectionable Content About J&K Deputy CM
The Delhi High Court has ordered the removal of some social media posts about Surinder Kumar Choudhary, who is the Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir.
He said these posts were trying to hurt his reputation by showing a video with his picture but a voice that wasn't his.
The court agreed that there might be a case and will hear more about it in 2026.
The court also asked for the full details of the posts to decide if they are really defamatory.
Delhi High Court ordered the removal of allegedly objectionable social media content about J&K Deputy CM Surinder Kumar Choudhary.
Choudhary filed a defamation suit on December 2, alleging a video with sexual undertones and his photo was circulated to defame him.

The court asked Choudhary to include those who uploaded the content in his suit.
