Piramal Finance Announces ₹2,100 Crore QIP Fund Raise

Piramal Finance wants to collect money from large investors by selling them shares.

This fund-raising plan could bring in up to ₹2,100 crore.

The company said the issue would open on 24 August 2026.

It set a minimum QIP price of ₹2,102.65 per share.

The money may help the company lend more and maintain required financial reserves.

The board also approved special warrants for Nithyam Realty, a promoter of the company.

Nithyam Realty must pay 25% when subscribing and the remaining 75% if it turns the warrants into shares.

The warrants will last for 18 months, and unused warrants will expire with the initial payment forfeited.
