Mom's Belief helps children who need special developmental therapies.

Its parent company, Rays of Belief, plans to sell shares to the public in September.

The IPO will start on September 1 and end on September 3.

The company wants to use the money to open 319 more centres in India.

Many of these centres will be in smaller Tier-II and Tier-III cities.

The company currently has 136 centres in 57 cities and 20 states and Union Territories.

Its revenue increased strongly in the latest financial year, but its profit became smaller.

The shares are planned to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
