In Bhopal, India, a special cricket tournament is happening where players wear traditional Indian clothes called dhoti-kurta instead of regular sports uniforms.

The commentary is also done in an ancient Indian language called Sanskrit.

This event, called the Maharshi Maitri Match Cricket Series, is organized by the Parshuram Kalyan Board.

It's the sixth year of this tournament, and 27 teams from different parts of Madhya Pradesh are participating.

The players are Vedic scholars, Sanskrit students, and ritual priests.

They show great cricket skills even in their traditional clothes.

The main goal is to make young people interested in the Sanskrit language and Indian traditions.

The final match will be on January 9, and many people are expected to watch.
