Guest Lecturer Among Four Arrested in Kerala Drug Racket
Police in Nilambur arrested four people over an alleged drug-selling operation.
One of those arrested is P. Suhail, a guest lecturer at a college in Mampad.
Police say the group may have supplied MDMA and ganja to students and other young people.
They first detained Subrahmanyan and found small amounts of both substances.
Police say he then gave information about the other suspects.
His beauty parlour is being examined as a possible place connected to the operation.
One suspect, Vivek Vijayan, had reportedly been arrested earlier in another drug case.
Investigators are now trying to find where the drugs came from and whether more people were involved.
