DAAD Launches Young Ambassador Programme 2027 Applications for Students
The German Academic Exchange Service, or DAAD, is asking students who have studied in Germany to apply to become ambassadors.
These ambassadors will help other students from India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka learn about studying in Germany.
To apply, you must be a citizen of one of those five countries, be under 32 years old on January 1, 2027, and have studied or researched in Germany.
You also need to finish an online eligibility check and sign up before September 30, 2026.
If chosen, you will attend a training workshop in November 2026 and then help promote German universities and scholarships for two semesters.
The goal is to share real experiences and make it easier for new students to apply.
The programme is free to join, but you must be willing to attend the workshop.
It is a great way to give back to the community and learn more about German education.
The deadline is fast approaching, so apply soon if you qualify.
