Delhi–Dehradun Corridor Gets 40,000 Trees in Plantation Drive
Imagine a new road is being built between Delhi and Dehradun, like a highway.
To make sure it's good for the environment too, people are planting lots of trees along the side.
This is part of a big project called 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0'.
About 40,000 trees will be planted!
Important people like government officials and school kids helped plant the trees.
The goal is to make the air cleaner, stop the soil from washing away, and help plants and animals.
This highway is a model for how to build roads and take care of the Earth.
