RUM Group Signs $13.7 Billion AI Chip Contract

RUM Group made a very large agreement to provide computer chips used for artificial intelligence.

The customer is a cloud company in the United States, but its name was not announced.

The agreement is worth about $13.7 billion over six years.

The chips and services will come from a site in Maysville, Georgia.

That site is still being built.

RUM Group will also let the customer buy millions of company shares at a very low price.

The company says it needs to raise money to complete the project.

Investors reacted positively, and RUM Group shares rose more than eight percent before trading began.
