Lemon Tree Hotels Expands in Gujarat and Uttarakhand
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed agreements for two new properties.
One is in Surat, near the airport, with 110 rooms and lots of amenities like a pool and spa.
It's close to the airport and railway station, making it easy for travelers to reach.
The other is in Haridwar, near a national park, with 60 rooms and facilities like a restaurant and fitness center.
Both hotels aim to serve business, spiritual, and leisure travelers.
The company is happy to expand in these important states.
Their stock price also went up a bit.
Lemon Tree Hotels signed a license agreement for a hotel in Surat and a franchise agreement for a hotel in Haridwar.
The Surat property will have 110 rooms and various amenities, managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited.
The Haridwar property will have 60 rooms and is located near Rajaji National Park, to be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Both properties aim to cater to a mix of business, spiritual, and leisure travelers.
Lemon Tree Hotels' stock price increased by 1.88% on the BSE.
