NIA interrogates 11 terror suspects in Assam-Tripura crackdown
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has started questioning 11 people who were arrested for suspected terrorism.
These people were caught in a big operation called Operation Praghat, which happened in the states of Assam and Tripura.
The police think these people are part of a well-organized group that uses the internet and has connections outside India.
The groups involved are called JMB and IMK.
Other police teams from different states will also ask questions to find out more.
The police are still looking for more people and money trails linked to these groups.

Extremist outfits linked to the banned Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) and the Imam Mahmuder Kafila (IMK) have been systematically indoctrinating sympathizers through encrypted digital platforms.
The Assam Police have concluded the first phase of Operation Praghat but plan to continue tracking additional operatives and funding channels.
