Blink Digital Sues Meta Over Disabled Advertising Accounts

Blink Digital Sues Meta Over Disabled Advertising Accounts

Blink Digital is an advertising company that helps brands run online campaigns.

It says Meta disabled four of its business accounts.

These accounts help agencies manage Facebook and Instagram advertising for clients.

Blink Digital says the shutdown stopped some campaigns and blocked important advertising tools.

The company has asked the Bombay High Court to restore the accounts.

It is also seeking about ₹1,000 crore in compensation.

Meta’s lawyer has been given time to respond to the claims.

Blink Digital will then have an opportunity to reply.

The court is scheduled to hear the case again on October 12.
