India Launches First Indigenous 1GHz 64-Bit Processor

India has made a big step in technology by creating its first 1GHz 64-bit processor called DHRUV64.

This processor was designed in India by a group called C-DAC.

It can be used in many things like 5G networks, cars, and smart devices.

India already makes a lot of microprocessors, and this new one will help the country make even more without needing to buy from other countries.

It will also help train more people to work on future projects.

This is part of a bigger plan to make India a leader in electronics.

Some people think making things in India is better for the economy, while others think imported technology might be better.
