Kerala Mandates Robotics Education for Class 10 Students
Kerala is making robotics a required subject for all 10th-grade students.
This means over 400,000 kids will learn about robots!
They'll build circuits, use special sensors, and learn to program.
The new chapter in their computer book is called "The World of Robots."
Schools got robot kits to help with the lessons.
Teachers are getting trained too, so they can teach students how to make cool projects, like automatic hand sanitizer dispensers and smart doors.
The lessons are available in different languages so everyone can learn.
Kerala is introducing compulsory robotics education for all Class 10 students.
Approximately 4.3 lakh students will benefit from this initiative.
A new chapter "The World of Robots" has been added to the ICT textbook.
Students will engage in hands-on activities, including circuit building and programming.
Around 29,000 robotic kits have been distributed to high schools.
