SBI UPI Services Set for 45-Minute October 3 Maintenance
State Bank of India will briefly pause its regular UPI service for maintenance.
The pause is scheduled for October 3, 2026.
It will last from 12:15 a.m.
to 1:00 a.m.
Indian time.
Some payments from SBI accounts may fail or stay pending then.
Payments through YONO and BHIM SBI Pay may also be affected.
SBI says the work could finish sooner.
People can use UPI Lite for small payments if they load money into it beforehand.
ATMs will still work for cash withdrawals and balance checks.
SBI UPI services will be unavailable from 00:15 to 01:00 IST on October 3, 2026.
Payments from SBI accounts and through YONO or BHIM SBI Pay may fail or remain pending.
The scheduled maintenance may finish earlier than the stated 45-minute window.
SBI recommends using UPI Lite for small-value transactions during the outage.
ATMs will remain available for cash withdrawals and balance enquiries.
