Corona Remedies IPO Oversubscribed 7x
Two companies, Corona Remedies and Wakefit Innovations, are selling shares to the public for the first time.
Corona Remedies, which makes medicines, got a lot of interest and sold 7.15 times more shares than they had.
Big investors and regular people bought a lot of shares.
Wakefit Innovations, which sells home and furniture items, didn't get as much interest.
They only sold 0.36 times the shares they had.
Big companies didn't buy any shares, but some regular people and smaller investors did.
Corona Remedies won't get any money because they are just selling shares, not raising new money.
Wakefit Innovations wants to use the money to open new stores, buy machines, pay rent, and advertise.
Both companies will start trading on the stock market on December 15.
Corona Remedies IPO oversubscribed 7.15 times on Day 2, driven by strong NII and retail participation.
Wakefit Innovations IPO saw modest subscription at 0.36 times, with no QIB participation.
Corona Remedies IPO is entirely an offer for sale, with no fresh issue or proceeds for the company.
Wakefit Innovations plans to use proceeds for expanding stores, buying equipment, paying rent, and marketing.
Both IPOs will list on the stock exchanges on December 15, 2025.
