TTD Parakamani Case: Accused Releases Video
A man named C.V. Ravi Kumar was caught trying to steal money from a temple in Tirumala.
He admitted to the theft in a video but denied other rumors, like bribing people or hiding stolen valuables in his body.
He said he and his family donated most of their property to the temple as a way to make up for what he did.
A court had earlier said he was not guilty, but now there's a new investigation.
The original person who reported the theft was found dead, and the police say it was murder.
The next court hearing is on December 9.
C.V. Ravi Kumar admits to stealing USD $900 from the Tirumala Temple Parakamani in a selfie video.
He denies allegations of bribing officials or hiding stolen valuables in his body, offering to undergo medical examination if ordered by the court.

The Lok Adalat in Tirupati acquitted Ravi Kumar in September 2023 after a compromise settlement with the TTD.
