Sadhguru Awarded 'Global Indian of the Year' by Canada India Foundation

Sadhguru, the founder of Isha Foundation, was given a special award called 'Global Indian of the Year' by a group called the Canada India Foundation.

This award is like a big thank you for his work in helping people think more deeply and for taking care of the environment.

The award came with a prize of money and was given at a ceremony in Toronto.

Sadhguru said he would use the award to help his 'Cauvery Calling' project, which is planting trees and helping the Cauvery River.

Many important Indian-Canadian people were at the ceremony.

The group giving the award works to make relationships between Canada and India stronger.
