A big car-parts company called Motherson wants to own more of another company in China called Shenzhen Autocruis.

Motherson already owns a lot of that company, about 67.78 percent.

Now it is buying a tiny bit more, just 0.15 percent.

It will pay about 3 million Chinese yuan, which is around 440,000 US dollars.

The deal was signed on August 17, 2026.

After the deal is finished, Motherson will own about 67.93 percent of the Chinese company.

A company called SMR Automotive Langfang, which belongs to Motherson, is doing the buying.
