Air India to Launch First Premium Lounge at Delhi Airport
Air India, which is owned by the Tata Group, is planning to open a new, fancy waiting area called a premium lounge at the airport in Delhi soon.
This is part of a bigger plan to make everything about flying with them better, both on the ground and in the air.
They've hired special designers to make these lounges look and feel very nice, inspired by India's culture but also modern.
Similar lounges are planned for other cities like Mumbai and Bengaluru, and even in places outside of India.
This new lounge will be for people flying in first class or business class, and for frequent travelers.
Air India is set to launch its first premium lounge at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in the coming weeks.
This initiative is part of a broader strategy to upgrade ground service standards and passenger experience.
The new international lounge at T3 will feature an elegant design, curated experiences, and tailored services, inspired by India's culture and global standards.
Future premium lounges are planned for Mumbai, Bengaluru, and key global hubs including New York and European cities.
The lounges will be accessible to first-class and business-class passengers, frequent flyers, and Star Alliance members.
