CEAT Q3 Beats Estimates; Nuvama Sees 21% Upside
CEAT, a tyre company, did really well in the last three months of the year.
They made a lot more money than people thought they would.
A company called Nuvama thinks CEAT is doing great and that their stock (which is like a piece of the company you can buy) could go up by 21% in the next few years.
They're also buying another company called Camso, which will take a few more months to finish.
Nuvama thinks CEAT will keep growing and making more money, even though they have some debt from buying Camso.
Right now, CEAT's stock is a bit lower, but Nuvama thinks it will go up a lot soon.
CEAT's Q3 FY26 revenue rose 26% YoY to Rs 4,160 crore, exceeding estimates.
EBITDA jumped 65% YoY to Rs 560 crore, driven by strong revenue growth.
Camso integration is in early stages, expected to complete in 3-5 quarters.
Nuvama projects 11% revenue and 14% EBITDA CAGR for FY26–28E.
Net debt expected to moderate to Rs 2,000 crore by FY28E from Rs 2,900 crore.
