ED Chargesheet Hearing Against Robert Vadra Postponed
Robert Vadra, who is married to a Congress politician, is being investigated for money laundering.
The court hearing about this was delayed because the investigating agency, the ED, needs more time to prepare.
They say Vadra got a lot of money from a suspicious land deal and linked it to another person, Sanjay Bhandari, who is accused of having secret money abroad.
The ED has taken control of some properties they believe are connected to this case.
The next hearing is on February 26.
Hearing on ED's chargesheet against Robert Vadra postponed to February 26.
ED sought additional time to submit documents related to the case.
Case involves money laundering linked to UK-based defence dealer Sanjay Bhandari.
ED alleges Vadra received Rs 58 crore as proceeds of crime from a land deal.
43 properties worth Rs 38.69 crore provisionally attached by ED.
