EID Parry Approves Shareholder Reclassification, Stake Sale
EID Parry, a company, made some important decisions.
They agreed to change how two of their shareholders are categorized, moving them from 'promoter' to 'public'.
This happened because one shareholder, CECL, was sold off completely, and the other, YCAS, had their shareholding in another company change.
EID Parry also decided to sell their half-ownership of a small company called Algavista Greentech to the other owner, Synthite Industries.
The board has approved the submission of an application to the stock exchanges.
This is all part of how the company is managed and organized.
EID Parry's board approved the declassification of CECL and YCAS as public shareholders.
CECL's reclassification follows the sale of its shares in 2023.
YCAS's change is due to a reduction in shareholding in another company.
The board approved the sale of EID Parry's entire 50% stake in Algavista Greentech Private Limited.
The shares of EID Parry were trading down about 1% on the BSE.
