Indonesia to Aid Wounded Gazans with Island Medical Facility
Indonesia is setting up a medical center to help about 2,000 people from Gaza who have been hurt in the war.
These people will go back home once they are better.
The center is on Galang Island, which is near Singapore.
This plan comes after the President of Indonesia offered to help wounded Palestinians.
The island was once a place where refugees from the Vietnam War stayed.
Indonesia will convert a medical facility on Galang island to treat around 2,000 wounded residents of Gaza.
The patients will return to Gaza after they have recovered.
The facility is located off Sumatra island and south of Singapore.
The plan follows President Prabowo Subianto's offer to shelter wounded Palestinians.
Galang island previously housed a refugee camp during the Vietnam War.
