Hyderabad Builds Strong Start-Up Foundations
Hyderabad has become a strong hub for start-ups with over 10,000 start-ups and more than 355 Global Capability Centres.
The city has attracted over $3 billion in venture funding since 2014.
A recent report highlights that infrastructure and connectivity (43%), talent availability (38%), and cost efficiency (36%) are Hyderabad's biggest strengths.
However, access to capital (33%) and market access (29%) are areas that need more attention.
The report suggests that to scale further, Hyderabad needs deeper pools of growth capital, stronger market access, and continued collaboration among founders, investors, corporates, and policymakers.
