Congress Accuses UP Government of Hypocrisy in Ayodhya

The Congress party is accusing the Uttar Pradesh government of two things.

First, they say the government has allowed too many liquor stores to open in Ayodhya, a holy city for Hindus.

They believe this goes against the city's religious importance.

Second, they claim the government didn't report the correct number of people who died during a stampede at the Kumbh Mela.

They say the government hid information about many deaths.
