New Anthology Captures India's Cities Through Poetry
Imagine a book that's like a collection of stories, but instead of words, it uses poems to describe different cities in India.
This book, called "The Penguin Book of Poems on the Indian City", has lots of poems, almost 400, about places like Delhi, Bombay, and many others.
The poems were written by many different poets, some from long ago and some who are still writing today.
They wrote in different languages, and their poems show us what it's like to live in these cities.
The book is like a journey through India's cities, showing us how they have changed over time and how people see them.

The poems span over 1,500 years, translated from nearly 20 languages.
