Indore Airport to Lose Direct Flights to Three Cities
Starting August 1, people in Indore will no longer be able to fly directly to Jodhpur, Udaipur, and Nashik because the airline IndiGo is stopping these flights.
The airline stopped taking bookings for these flights a month ago.
This means people will have to travel by road, train, or take connecting flights.
The airport in Indore is also working on its runway, which means flights at night have been paused.
The airline says it might start these flights again when winter comes.
IndiGo is suspending direct flights from Indore to Jodhpur, Udaipur, and Nashik starting August 1.
The airline stopped bookings for these flights a month prior to the suspension.
Runway work at Indore's airport is causing suspension of night flights between 10:30 PM and 6:30 AM.
Direct flights to Jodhpur were daily, while those to Udaipur and Nashik operated three times weekly.
Flights may resume in the winter schedule once runway improvements are complete.
