Allahabad HC Grants Relief to Chandrashekhar Azad
Imagine someone named Chandrashekhar Azad was accused of something and went to court.
The first court said he had to stay in the case, but he didn't like that decision.
So, he went to a higher court.
The higher court agreed with him and sent the case back to the first court so they could make a new decision.
This means the first court has to look at the case again and decide if Azad should be let off or not.
The case started because someone said Azad caused trouble back in 2017.
Allahabad High Court cancelled the Saharanpur Court's order rejecting Chandrashekhar Azad's discharge application.
The case has been sent back to the Saharanpur Court for a fresh decision.
The verdict was given by Justice Sameer Jain.
