Prashant Kirad: Degrees No Longer Enough in India's Job Market
Prashant Kirad talks about getting jobs in India.
He says going to college and getting a degree is still important.
But he thinks a degree alone is not enough anymore.
He says it is not the students' fault.
The problem is that colleges teach students for jobs from the past.
That kind of job market does not exist anymore.
The world of work keeps changing and needs new skills.
So students need to keep learning new skills to be ready for real jobs.
Prashant Kirad says degrees still matter but are no longer enough in India's job market.
He does not blame students for the employment challenges.
He says the real problem is colleges preparing students for a job market that no longer exists.
Kirad highlights that skills in the job market are constantly evolving.
His message focuses on the gap between college preparation and today's skill demands.
