MP Congress Media Chief Resigns Amid Talent Hunt Row

MP Congress Media Chief Resigns Amid Talent Hunt Row

Mukesh Nayak, who was in charge of media for the Madhya Pradesh Congress party, quit his job because he had a big disagreement with other leaders about a program called 'Talent Hunt'.

This program was supposed to pick new spokespersons for the party.

Nayak was upset because some of his decisions were ignored or changed by others.

He sent his resignation to the party chief, Jitu Patwari, but Patwari did not accept it and asked Nayak to keep working.

The disagreement started when Nayak and another leader, Abhay Tiwari, had different ideas about how to run the Talent Hunt.

Tiwari even said Nayak's orders were not valid.

The opposition party, BJP, used this fight to criticize the Congress, saying it shows there is a lot of fighting and favoritism within the Congress party.
