Tata Power Sees Five-Fold Solar Rooftop Growth
Tata Power is installing a lot more solar panels on rooftops now compared to last year.
They are doing about 25,000 installations every month, which is five times more than last year.
This big increase is because of a government scheme called PM Surya Ghar, which helps people get free electricity.
Tata Power has partners all over India to help with these installations.
They have also set up over 1.5 lakh solar rooftops so far, making them the leaders in this area for the past ten years.
Besides solar, they are also starting to sell products that help people use less electricity and make their homes smarter.
Tata Power is installing 25,000 solar rooftops per month, a five-fold increase from last year.
The increase is driven by the PM Surya Ghar scheme and the company's efforts.
Tata Power has 650 channel partners across 100 cities in India.
The company has achieved 3 GW capacity with 1.5 lakh installations across 700+ cities.
Tata Power is also expanding into home automation with energy-efficient products.
