TGSRTC Plans More Than 7,000 Special Buses for Dasara
TGSRTC is preparing extra buses for people travelling during Dasara.
It plans to run more than 7,000 special buses across Telangana and to nearby states.
Buses will leave from busy places in Hyderabad and can be arranged for some colleges, hostels and communities.
A group needs at least 30 passengers to request a direct bus.
The busiest travel days are expected to be October 9, 10, 16 and 17.
Extra arrangements are also planned for return trips on October 25 and 26.
Special buses may cost more than regular buses on those dates.
Women can still travel free on the services covered by the Mahalakshmi scheme.
Passengers can book ahead or contact TGSRTC for information.
