Uttar Pradesh Govt Revises Night Shift Rules for Women
A big government in India, called Uttar Pradesh, has made new rules for women who want to work at night in factories.
If a woman agrees in writing, she can work between 7 in the evening and 6 in the morning.
Her boss must make sure she is safe by having cameras, security guards, and a way to get home safely.
As a special reward, she will get paid twice as much for working at night.
Also, everyone, men and women, can work a little more extra hours each month, and they get paid double for those extra hours too.
This is to help women earn more and make sure factories can keep running.

Women can work night shifts (7 pm to 6 am) with their written consent and will receive double wages.
Employers must provide enhanced security, including CCTV surveillance, transport facilities, and security guards for women working at night.
