India Reported Reduced Chinese Troops Along Himalayan Border
India says China had fewer soldiers near their disputed Himalayan border in 2025.
The border is called the Line of Actual Control, or LAC.
The report said 10 Chinese military brigades were near the border and 10 more were in training areas.
It estimated that 40,000 to 50,000 Chinese troops were along the LAC.
This was fewer than the more than 60,000 troops previously estimated in Ladakh.
