Students Remain Stable After Illness Aboard Mangala Express

Students traveling by train from Kerala to Delhi became sick during a school trip.

Some reports said 30 to 40 students fell ill after lunch.

Central Railway later said 80 students had reported stomach problems.

The students had vomiting, loose motion and stomach discomfort.

Railway medical workers helped them at Khandwa station.

They gave them medicines and oral rehydration solution.

Doctors checked the students again at Bhusawal and the next morning.

Everyone was stable, and officials had not confirmed what caused the illness.
