N.F. Railway Completes LHB Conversion to Strengthen Train Safety

N.F. Railway has replaced older train coaches with newer LHB coaches on all of its long-distance passenger services.

These coaches are designed to make train travel safer and more comfortable.

In total, 103 train services now use these coaches.

The trains also have systems that can detect fires quickly.

Some coaches have systems that can help suppress fires as well.

These tools can give railway staff an early warning if a fire starts.

Railway officials also regularly inspect trains and railway infrastructure.

They say these continuing efforts are intended to prevent accidents and make journeys safer.
