Vishnu Manchu Launches Olympic Scholarship Initiative
Manchu Vishnu, an actor and producer, has started a new program to help young athletes in India.
He will give full scholarships at two schools, Mohan Babu University and Sree Vidyaniketan International School, starting in 2026.
These scholarships will help athletes in cricket, basketball, and badminton.
The athletes will get help with their studies, coaching, food, training, and a place to stay.
Manchu Vishnu wants these schools to produce Olympic athletes by 2036, the year India hopes to host the Olympics.
The goal is to help young athletes focus on their sports and studies without worrying about money.
Manchu Vishnu announces 100% sports scholarships at Mohan Babu University and Sree Vidyaniketan International School starting 2026–27.
Scholarships cover academics, coaching, nutrition, training, and accommodation for cricket, basketball, and badminton athletes.
Top-tier coaches from India and abroad will collaborate to provide world-class training.
The initiative aims to produce Olympians by 2036, aligning with India's potential hosting of the Olympic Games.
