Andhra Pradesh to Develop Women-Only Industrial Park
The Andhra Pradesh government and FICCI–FLO have agreed to build a special industrial park just for women entrepreneurs.
This park will be on 30 acres of land and will help women start their own businesses.
The government wants to make sure women have the same chances as men to succeed in business.
They also plan to create 175 smaller parks all over the state to help local businesses grow.
This is part of their plan to make entrepreneurship popular and to help reduce differences between different areas of the state.
Andhra Pradesh government and FICCI–FLO signed an MoU to develop a women-only industrial park.
The park will be built on 30 acres of land and will focus on promoting economic independence for women entrepreneurs.
The initiative aligns with the chief minister's vision of 'One Family, One Entrepreneur'.
The government plans to develop 175 MSME parks, one in each assembly constituency, to support local enterprises.
Land allotments, incentives, and statutory benefits will be extended to the park as per existing policies.
